Bersama started from a conversation that many families in Malaysia will recognise. A daughter working in Kuala Lumpur, her ageing mother in Melaka, and the quiet worry that sits between the two — are the groceries done, is the house manageable, is she getting out at all?
We set up Bersama to answer that worry with something practical: a small, attentive team based in Melaka that handles the day-to-day arrangements that keep a home running calmly, and keeps the family properly informed.
The name means "together" in Malay — and that word shapes everything we do. Support happens between the older person, their household, and their family, all held together by clear communication and a consistent point of contact.
