Yes. Our errand service can be arranged per individual outing, which suits families who need occasional help rather than a fixed weekly schedule. The other services are structured as packages, but we're happy to discuss what fits your situation.

After each errand or check-in, a short update is sent to the nominated family contact — a brief, readable summary of what was done and how things went. We keep a contact log so nothing is lost.

Not at all. The review looks at small, practical adjustments — furniture placement, lighting, and organisation — that can make movement and daily tasks more comfortable. Suggestions are written up clearly so the family can decide what to act on, in their own time.
